Very peaceful location opposite park. Parking available on the drive and in the street. Shared kitchen/ dining and living room space. All amenities available inc. dishwasher, washing machine, you can even dry your laundry on the washing line in the well kept garden.
The room available is on second floor (town house) with sole use of the family bathroom, although it is across the hallway not joined to the room.
I'm looking for a professional with a regular income to share the house. I often travel with work so you would have the house to yourself at those times. Plenty of storage space available and there could be space made available for some furniture if you have some.
I'm a friendly sociable person interested in a range of activities and hobbies: pretty much anything outdoors.
