Lovely, furnished double room with large window, double bed and clothes storage.
Shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and living room with log burner. The house has a cozy cottage feel but with tall ceilings. There is a courtyard garden to the rear.

The house is located on a quiet residential street with pleasant neighbours. The road has on street parking outside the house. You can walk into Macclesfield in under 5 minutes and the train station in 10. Easy access to middlewood way and the canal for walking, running etc.

I’m a 28 year old female professional looking for a housemate/lodger. I’m outgoing, sporty and have many hobbies, but equally enjoy a quiet night in with a glass of wine and a board game. My house comes fully furnished with one very friendly cat (so expect some black hairs on furniture). I’d like someone who is friendly, easygoing and considerate, allowing for a harmonious and hopefully fun living arrangement. I’d be keen to do things together if we have similar interests.

Rent to include all bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, TV licence and cleaner. All applicants will be vetted as it’s important to me that we get on well.
