Room with a double bed in a two-bed terrace in Macclesfield. House is located in a quiet close and backs on to the canal. There's a beautiful garden and a kitchen and living area to share. There's a bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen has a washing machine/tumble drier. There's Netflix on the living room TV.
There's a garage with space to store a bike or other items but too small for a car.

The room has two built in wardrobes, a desk and chest of drawers. Internet is included in the monthly rent but other bills (gas/electric and water) and council tax are additional.

If you have a very small car you should be able to park on the driveway behind my car. This is worth testing upon viewing if it's a deal breaker for you.

I'm a young professional looking to find a lodger at a similar stage in life. I'm pretty quiet and like to read and watch TV.

I have a cat so the lodger must be happy to live with a cat. She is very friendly but will leave you alone if you wish.

Train station and town centre are a 15 minute walk or a very short drive. AstraZeneca is a 35 minute walk or a 10 minute cycle.
There's a Co-op just down the road for late night groceries. It's a very convenient location and is also close to the peaks if you like to hike.
