Flatmates wanted to share 2 bed property.

I am looking for a flatmate to share the rent & bills etc with me in a 2 bedroomed property, which has a loft room (so could potentially house three people - rent alone would be less than £350 each in that case, more like £240.00/month but with bills on top). We'd have a joint tenancy agreement, so we'd be equally liable for living costs of the property. If I'm sharing with one other, rent would be more like approx £500/month each including bills. I have a Yorkshire Terrier dog who stays with me fairly often. I am pretty independent on a day-to-day basis, I like my space. I'm clean and tidy. Other than that might enjoy the odd night in front of the TV with a Chinese and bottle of wine/beer, possibly occasional socialising. Looking for laid back flatmates who are clean/tidy, polite and friendly.
