The House is in the heart of Middlewich a short walk from the town centre, 2.6 miles away from the M6 J18, 2 min walk to buses with easy links to Winsford, Sandbach and Crewe train stations.

The local leisure centre, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within the same street as the house.

The Estate is also close to the Canal for lovely walks or runs.
