It benefits from off-road parking and is situated off the main road on a private no through private lane. There are two award-winning pubs within short walking distance and a convenience shop nearby. Due to a nut allergy, the living arrangements would likely not suit a vegan diet.

There is also a bus stop on the main road, where the no.88 stops, taking you to either Wilmslow or Knutsford center. Both are bustling towns with a variety of shops, restaurants, cinemas, and well-equipped gym/ leisure facilities. Tatton Park and Alderley Edge are not far for walks, with coffee shops and historical stories of interest attached.
