Beautiful Loft Room for Rent

I have a lovely loft room available for rent. There are two big sky windows, making it lovely and bright. It is a great space and you could easily fit in a sofa and desk as well as a double bed and chest of drawers etc. The room is on the second floor of the property and the whole floor would be yours. I have tried to give an indication of the space in the photos, but they really don't do it justice! There is plenty of height and the ceiling is not too low. Downstairs there are two reception rooms: one lounge and one currently used as a dining room. There is a kitchen with all modern amenities including a brand new fridge/freezer and a fantastic brand new washer dryer - see photos. The bathroom is also downstairs. Fibre-fast broadband is included with the monthly rent, as are all other bills. Outside, there is a cottage garden to the front, and a decent courtyard at the back with plenty of space for a table and chairs. Parking is directly outside the house on the quiet street - i have never struggled to find a space. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, but I would be the only other flatmate. You would also be sharing with a 9 year old puggle named Hank. I work full time as a primary teacher and Hank stays with a relative whilst I am at work. I am looking for an easy-going, friendly person to share with who is clean and tidy and likes dogs. As i have mentioned, it is hard to capture the loft room in pictures, so feel free to message me for a tour.
