The room can come with or without a bed - it's up to you whether you'd rather have a double bed or single for more floor space. I work in a hotel nearby, I am at home most evenings relaxing, cooking and watching TV. You must like dogs as I own a friendly puggle. I do socialise but I usually go out to the pub and meet friends due to limited space in the house. It is important that you are similar as am looking for a friend, as well as a house mate.
