Single Room for Rent In Winnington (Northwich)

I’m Vanessa 33 yo owner of the flat on a 3 story building. My flat is on 1st floor. Currently I live with my 5 year old son.
Looking to rent a single room to a professional female.
The room has kid’s furniture. However the furniture is also suitable for adults, should you wish any changed I can arrange that.
I work away from 8 am to 2 pm Mon-Fri.
My son goes to school from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Flat has a toilet, another double room (mine and my son’s), a kitchen, living room, private car park with a free car bay for the new tenant. This state has its own little woods, big fields which belongs to the state. Also has a huge grass FA field behind my flat with access to the public.
Greenbank train station within 10/15 minutes walking which connects to Manchester and Chester.
Northwich town centre 2 miles away It has everything you’d need, supermarkets, bars/pubs, gyms, odeon venue etc…400£ with bills included with responsible use.
I’ll be accepting applications and can arrange visits during December, the new tenant will be able to move in, by January the 1st. Council tax band B. Also included.
