Double room in large 1st floor flat

There is a double room available in my first floor flat.

I am the existing tenant and my flatmate has moved out as they got a job in another part of UK.
Everything is already set up i. e, bills and internet etc so all you need to do is bring a bed and sone furniture. I can arrange for a. bed to be provided.

Its a double room with a large white wardrobe and a desk.

TV aerial also in the room.

Lovely quiet place with on-street parking. 5-minute walk into the centre of Poynton.

I have a dog, a Beagle called Earnie who is left in the flat during the day (in a crate).

The apartment is full furnished, white goods, electrical cooker, bath & shower with a large living room.

I am looking for a flat mate not
just someone who is looking to rent a room as I think that this would just be a little weird as I don't own the place, I just rent it so ideally, we would need to get on! haha

The tenancy would be a 12 months as I am on a good deal with the landlord and this is one of the reasons for it.

The rental price is all included with bills, internet etc so all you need is food etc. There is a fridge and freezer. I am clean and tidy and not a party animal or anything like that.
