All Bills included. Bills will be fixed for contract length even with increases going on.

Double room available with sole use of the main bathroom.
Double ottoman bed with mattress and new mattress topper, new chesterdraws & bed side table, (wardrobe now in room too) and tv with sky.
Room looks small on the pics but there is plenty of space for extras and storage around the flat if you wanted. The room is also now no where near as pink either, just the ottoman bed frame!

Parking space can be arranged if needed.
Spaces for guest parking available.

Very close to shops, pubs, bars, train station, bus routes, motorways etc.
