Ensuite double bedroom available

My current housemate is moving out at the end of July and the ensuite double bedroom on the 1st floor will be available.

The house is modern and clean. Your own things are very welcome, the property came furnished so a lot of the things in here are not owned by me so feel free to add to them! I occupy the second floor and downstairs is a lounge and kitchen with access to a small garden.

The cost is 675 per month for rent and 200 a month for bills so in total 875 per calendar month to be paid on the 1st each month if possible.

I work from home 9-5 Tues-Sat so am mostly at home majority of the time!

I do have a 3 year old pug who loves to be around people so dog lovers are preferred :-)
