Double Room with great transport links

Double room available to suit a single professional person. The room is decorated and carpeted with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and desk, I can provide a chest of drawers if required. The rent includes all bills.

Travelling?
The house is well connected with;
The M60 being a 5 minute drive.
Reddish North Train station is a 5min walk away with regular trains to Manchester Piccadilly taking between 8 - 12 minutes and the opposite trains head out via the Peak District towards Sheffield.
Buses go from the end of the street to various locations.
Heatons, Stockport and levenshulme are all close.

For walkers, runners and cyclists, I am close to many parks Including Reddish Vale, Denton & Highfield Country park and the fallowfield loop is minutes away.

Please note, the house is strictly non smoking/vaping and I won’t accept couples or children, I may be open to having pets depending on breed.

Things to know;
I’ve been in the property for a couple of years, and I am slowly redecorating, the stairs are a little steep at first but you get use to them.
I do have a caged crested Guecko.
The house has a lot of shared space including a small courtyard which gets the sun all day.
There is plenty of on the street parking.

What I am looking for;
I am looking for ideally a female who has simular interests such as fitness, enjoys walks, traveling and socialising with friends.
I have lived with many people over the years who have become best friends so understand respecting boundaries and want people to feel comfortable given I am a live in landlord.
