Double room available for professional female in 3 bed terraced house living with me and very laid back older dog, Lumi.

The house is decorated to a high standard. Large living room with TV, comfy sofa and open fire.
Dining room with large table and chairs ideal for eating or working at.

Large kitchen with access to a small, paved south facing, garden with outside furniture and not overlooked, so perfect for summer evening relaxing.

The double room is at the back of the house and very quiet with window overlooking the garden.
Room has double bed and drawers and a desk if needed. Can be furnished or unfurnished - please just ask.

Shared bathroom with large walk in rainfall shower (no bath).

Small garden and plenty of safe and well lit on street parking.

The house is 7 minute walk to Reddish North train station and a bus stop just yards from the front door. Buses run to Manchester and Stockport until the early hours.

I tend to work shifts and late nights (so you’d likely not see much of me and have the house to yourself most of the time)

I don’t mind home working but I’d prefer no more than the odd day a week due to the hours I work.

Date of availability is flexible but earliest is likely early May.

I have a 3rd bedroom that is more like a box room and this could be used as a small living space or office if you wanted more room.

I’m really sociable and happy to share my home and I’d want you to feel at home here too.

My dog is older and very quiet, he sleeps a lot but you will need to be dog friendly and used to living with a dog.
He wouldn’t be left while I’m at work ( I have joint custody with my ex) so you’d not be responsible.

I like music, go to gigs and will on occasions have friends round for dinner and I’d encourage you to do the same.

I like chilling in front of the TV with a good film. I’ll often have the radio playing and do enjoy spending time in the garden. I also have an allotment so if you like gardening that’s a plus! I can’t promise to provide anything edible but it keeps me busy!
