I have an available room to let from 22nd of August this is due to my tenant moving home.

I will except universal credit but a deposit is required before moving in date.

The room is fully furnished and well kept, my home is warm and comfortable and fairly quiet.

Unlimited Wifi and council tax is included in the rent the rent is paid weekly or every 4 weeks at your preference.

I'm happy to do short term let's from 2 months to 6 months

I'm happy to do Monday to Friday lets

There is a train station and regular bus routes close by these take you to stockport and Manchester

Lots of local pubs and a lovely village is a 15 minute walk plenty of places to eat and drink

I live in a sought after area with beautiful walks

The room has been freshly painted and has plenty of storage

All you need to bring is yourself and your food there is access to a washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher

I'm a respectable lady who will not bother you all I ask is you keep your room clean and tidy.

Unfortunately no partners to sleep over if you have children they are welcome to visit for a few hours.

References are required and also photo copy of driving licence/passport or another form of identification

Must have the right to work in the UK


I have a small dog who is very friendly but will not bother you he is out with me all the time.
