Double room in Runcorn close to station

I have a nice room in my house for a non-smoking professional lodger. This is spacious, freshly painted double room in a clean and quiet house. I am a professional person who most of the time spends outside and returns home at evenings. I respect the privacy of my lodger touch I never mind to have lively chats as well. Mutual respect is important.
The house is in a walking distance from Runcorn Old town, shops and public transport to Liverpool and Warrington. (Runcorn railway station in 10 minutes walking distance).

The room is fully furnished. There is a new double bed, a wardrobe, a side table. Bedding provided.
The rent would be 75£ per week (300 £ per month). Also, I would ask a security deposit 100£ (which will be refunded at the end of the let) and + one month rent to the front. All bills are included (including WiFi). parking space is on the road by the house.
