Hi.
It's a quiet, relaxed, household. Until the dog barks. I am a professional female. There is a small pup, so a dog friendly person necessary.

The room for rent is a double room, furnished with a single bed, Wardrobe, draws. It is bright, clean and airy.

Other parts of house: 2 reception rooms. Bathroom and kitchen. Share this clean terrace house with yard, with myself and the small Bichon Frise (no malting).

References a must. Will need photo I. D A £200 deposit and month rent in advance.

Respectful of keeping shared spaces tidy such as cleaning bathroom/kitchen after use. Responsible for taking care/cleaning hoovering their room.
Suit mature working professional. Prefer short term but open to longer term.
All bills and broadband included.

If it is just a short term 1 month stay the price of the rom is £840 for the month. Paid in advance.

Situated in a No through road, parking on road. Situated 10 minute walk away from good walks on Runcorn Hill and Runcorn train station. With links to London, Liverpool, Chester.

I do not wish to have anyone who is working shifts/nights. Or from home in the week.
I work from home in the week with clients.
