I keep the house immaculate so it’s dust free and clean and fresh always :) , I’m easy going , and I’m happy to discuss any questions you may have.


looking for someone with a full time employment only.

A house mate who will clean up after themselves, and respect the house, If you can do this it will be drama free.

Someone with a reliable income and can provide a reference from employer.

bills included in the price. fair use don’t abuse policy can discuss further ..

I will keep on top of any maintenance/ jobs around the house and looking forward to having a new house mate.

The room is a double with space for more storage ! However you have full use of the house the room and house is really clean and modern and ideal for a single man or lady of any age

Garden is always in the sun so ideal for uk tanning and bbqs

I have a small gym and open plan house , parking off street , in a quite area with 5 min walk to bus station and 10 to train station , M56 and M6 ,5 min drive , with a park and football fields across the road , off street parking

I will go through the contract details when we meet I will require £500 deposit and the months rent upfront !

paid each month without fail or negotiations!

One months notice from each party if looking to terminate contract and stay

Late payments and arrears can lead to contract termination !
