Looking for lodger

I am looking for a lodger.
I work night shifts mainly.
If you are looking too shared semi detached home in a quite cul-de-sac, this is ideal. There is a local children's park, bowling green, and running track near by 4 minute walk away. There are Miles of fields, and Quite a few large football pitches.
We also have a Cricket Green/Cricket club house,
Tennis courts available through out the year.
The local pub, is called Knights Grange, this is a listed building, that is centuries old.
I am based right next too all mentioned aswell as the beautiful country walks along the whitegate way. This stretches for miles and miles which is called the sandstone trail, this heads into Delemere forest, and beyond, if you want a hike and have that adventurous streak.
You will be living in a shared house with myself.
My house has 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen,1 livingroom/diningroom, and 2 bedrooms.
Your room is a double room, it had a new massive double wardrobe, with built in draws. A new double bed, with new mattress, bedside table and lamp now. T. v ariel, plenty of sockets.
It is modern and clean with new carpets throughout.
Kitchen has been updated and is only a couple of years old, with all appliances ect and a brand new oven. The house has new windows and doors, for extra insulation.
The back garden is in the process of being landscaped this spring/ summer.
I do have a cat, so pet lover only please.
I am kind thoughtful person, very easy going .
Only live 1 mile odd away from Winsford Town Centre, and about 3 miles from Winsford Train Station. Local bus service and taxi services are available.
