The house is a 4 bedroom detached house with bathroom and a downstairs toilet

Two receptions rooms with TV, kitchen, garden and parking

I am close to all the local shops, broughton shopping park that is only a short bus ride away. The motorway is accessible as are the busses, I am close to Chester city centre which is a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

I am a friendly and welcoming person who is a professional that works 5 days a week

I have two adult children who stay with me when home from university, I have two very adorable Persian cats who are very shy but friendly

All bills are included in the price

Room is available to be occupied as and when required
