Double room and access to own bathroom including shower (I have my own en-suite). Professional female only; no children, couples, pets, no smoking.
I have 2x house rabbits but they live downstairs in the utility room and are well behaved.
Would expect extra for 25% council tax I would have to pay, and extra for utilities but they are all on a meter so we can split that each month. Broadband, Sky, Netflix included.
Shared lounge and large kitchen included for use but food not included.
Driveway parking and garage for small storage if needed.
House is brand new so I expect it to be looked after. It’s fully alarmed so I expect the same security consciousness as myself. No parties or overnight guests, but friends and family welcome occasionally/ within reason as it is a shared space so respect required.
Other than that looking for professional female, easy going and responsible.
