Guest dining room

I own and live in a Victorian detached 6 bedroomed house with large grounds for private parking. I ran a very successful bed and breakfast from here for 15 years before I decided I wanted a change of career so I now work full time. Rather than my rooms be empty I started using spare room about 3 years ago which has been great.
Two of my rooms are becoming available in a few weeks. It's a very quiet household and there are no shared rooms other than a guest dining room so you have your own privacy at all times. I only want professional people in who like to come home and chill out without the noises of your typical house shares. There's no access to the kitchen in this property. Because of the set up of the house that part of the house is locked at all times.
Guests have use of the dining room which has 2 microwaves, a toaster, kettle and a big fridge. I am close to Stalybridge and Ashton train stations, Ashton tram station, Tameside hospital and various supermarkets. All in walking distance.
The available rooms are a double en suite and a single en suite which contain a double bed or single bed, tv with freeview and a kettle.
Only paying guests are allowed in the property for security and noise level reasons. .
I do a washing and linen service if needed and I also make home cooked meals and sell them at very reasonable rates.

Please note: there is no limit on how long or how short a time you want to stay, but I will require 2 weeks notice when you're leaving in order to readvertise the room.

Due to circumstances in the past, I have stopped my lodgers from having personal mail delivered to my address.
