I have two rooms to choose from of different sizes.

My house is close to the A6, major bus routes and trains and is only a short journey into Manchester.
The estate is very quiet, there is a park round the corner and a tennis club near by. Loads of places for walks, including the Macclesfield canal.

I am a 44 year old teacher. I live alone with my dog. When not at work I will mostly be found at the gym, reading or on the Playstation. Incidentally, if you are a gamer then this would be good for you.

I don't watch TV, although I have the dining room and lounge rigged up with netflix, Prime etc.

The room is fully furnished, with wardrobe (mirror) and drawers, bed side table etc.
The house itself has been in my family since 1965 and I have recently had it totally modernised. Large communal dining area/kitchen, large patio/BBQ area and garden. You will have the use of the garage for storage and I will throw in a mountain bike that you can use.
