Small double room in lovely house

The spacious house is located on a quiet and secure cul-de-sac with off-road parking, close to bus routes on Didsbury Rd. Living here is relaxed and easy-going and fun, but sensibly clean and tidy and sociable.

The large fully equipped kitchen looks out on the garden, which is great for barbecue or relaxing when the weather allows.

The living room has a 50’’ flat screen TV, large sofas and unlimited WI-FI broadband access is available throughout the house.

Heaton Mersey is located between Didsbury and Stockport, close to Didsbury Rd, with easy access to East Didsbury train station, Metrolink and the M60.

Ideal letting would be to a professional, over the age of 21 for a minimum/initial term of 6 months (negotiable). I am the owner/occupier, 71 year old semi-retired professional, I have 4 daughters who are often at my house, sometimes with their children and my youngest (29 yr old) daughter still has her room here and occasionally is at home but spends most time working in London. There is also a professional female Yoga and Pilates teacher renting a larger room on a long term basis, who you will share the main bathroom with. I have my separate room with en suite.
There is an additional single bedroom, which could be available for occasional stayover friend visits by arrangement.
The bedroom available is furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and dresser.

There is a separate dining room and also a conservatory, which can be used for study, entertaining or relaxing if required. The washing machine which is located in the double garage, is available to use.
Small pet/s would be welcome, used to have a lovely cat , but I have no pets at the moment. It is a fairly quiet and easy-going house to live in and has a lovely garden too.
