Downstairs includes living room, toilet and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Large south-facing back garden including shed and garden furniture. There's a parking space available to the side of the house. Upstairs includes master bedroom, office (which I work from), this bedroom being advertised for rent and shared bathroom with shower and bath.
Bils included in rent price are broadband, water, electricity, gas and Council Tax (Band C).

Location
The house is in Brinnington, Stockport. 4 minutes walk to the local train station where you can get a train into Manchester Piccadilly taking 15 minutes. Just off the M60, about a 20 minute drive to Manchester Airport. Stockport town centre is just 10 minutes drive away. Stockport train station is about a 10 minute drive away for trains to and from London. Reddish Vale Country Park is right by the house as well and is lovely for a walk.

About Me
I'm an owner-occupier, so you'd be sharing the house with me - 35 year old gay male. I work in financial services and currently work from home Monday - Friday. My hobbies include reading, watching TV, playing PS5/Nintendo Switch, going out, socialising with friends. I'm quite social so I'm happy to have someone who wants to chat and watch TV together, but equally happy with time on my own. I'm clean and tidy, so would expect you're the same and keep the bedroom and shared spaces clean.
