Double room in Cheadle Heath

Double room in fully furnished two bed terrace. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and currently has a desk and a king size bed in there, these can be removed if needs be, or kept if you prefer.

The house has a small kitchen, dining room, lounge, and shared bathroom. There's a nice little yarden to the rear and on street parking at the front.

As for me, I'm 34, a mature student studying nursing and a part time support worker. I like to run, do yoga, bake and cook, read, watch the odd film or just generally keep busy and try new things.
I have a 14 month old Dobermann pup, she is really friendly once she knows you, and is full of beans! I would need the roommate to be a fan of dogs as she is a big character and is still learning so she needs firm boundaries kept in place too!

I'd like my roommate to feel comfortable sharing the space and hanging out, but I can also appreciate people's need for down time and alone time. I've lived in shared houses for years so I am considerate of those I live with. I am really clean and tidy, and try keep on top of this especially because of the dog, so would hope my housemate is wanting a clean and tidy home too!
