Double room available in lovely homely 2 bedroom house sharing with myself and my dog 🐾🏠

Located 5minutes walk from Stockport train station. Adventures in the Peak District easily accessible along with easy access to Manchester (10mins on the train) and plenty of places to shop, eat and drink in the nearby areas.

The room gets lots of sunlight, comes with large storage spaces and currently has a futon. Any more furniture for the room would need to be provided by yourself. Space wise there is also a large cellar and the rest of the house.

Sunny garden / yard area.

House decor, garden and diy ideas are welcomed :).

I work for a charity (partly working from home). I like lots of different people, a housemate who is happy doing their own thing but also is open to a bit of social time is preferred. LGBT+ are welcome.

No more dogs / cats will be possible but smaller pets may be considered.

All bills inc council tax are included.
