House is 4 bed detached so max no of people living at the property will be 4 including me (live-in landlady). There are gardens front and rear and the place is very safe and secure with outside security lighting and burglar alarm. Quiet cul-de-sac location with off-street and on-street parking. All mod cons, gas central heating, UPVC windows and doors. Kitchen is new and fully fitted with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Bathroom has separate shower enclosure. Shared lounge and dining room. Extra storage available in the loft. Bike storage available in the garage.

5 mins walk from Davenport Station with services to Stockport, Manchester, Hazel Grove, Buxton, Bolton, Preston, Salford Crescent. 10 mins walk from A6 corridor and 192 bus service including night buses from Manchester at weekends, easy access to motorway network. We keep the house clean and tidy and we all share the cleaning so any potential housemate would need to be tidy and happy to help out with the cleaning once a week. It's a modern house so the cleaning doesn't take long!
