Double bedroom available to suit a single professional person. Short term and part week lets considered. The spare room is decorated and fully furnished with a double memory foam bed, new bedding, storage, double wardrobe, large set of drawers, bedside table and cheval mirror. TV if Required. All utility bills included, CT band B.

Property is approx. 13 years old in a community setting a few mins to Stockport town centre and the M60, excellent bus routes and both Brinnington and Stockport Central train stations are close by. Stepping Hill Hospital and Manchester Airport are less than 10 miles away; approx 16 mins by car. Manchester City centre about 13 mins via train, 25-30 mins car.
Car parking is provided at the property which has two spaces, there is a small garden and shed, large balcony, and a smaller upper balcony off the top floor.

I am currently working hybrid mostly from home with my cat Loki for company, he is a sweet boy, quiet and clean. I have many hobbies and I am quite outdoorsy so I am usually out and about weather permitting...although pizza, wine and a movie night also feature :)
