I have a lovely big double room available for rent in my very homely period house.
We have off road parking, enough for 2 cars a lovely shared kitchen, with dishwasher, range cooker & lounge area, with wood burning stove. We have a front & back garden and decking area at the back of the house.
The hallway has no carpet, but the rest of the house has been newly decorated. The house has a lot of character & is still nice.
We have a lovely bathroom, great shower & seprate roll top Bath
Please note the rent includes all bills & broadband, but we do not have a TV.
I have two children aged 13 & 16.
Then house is well positioned for public transport, 10 minutes walk to Stockport rail station & 15 from the bus station. The M60 and A6 are both very close by.
We eat mainly vegetarian food & are very sensitive to to others special dietary requirements. We recycle and compost our rubbish and use eco-cleaning products.
