Stockport and Davenport train stations are a short walk away. The house is very handy for getting to Stockport and Manchester at any time of day or night. The 192 bus service is approximately every 10 mins and runs through the night.
There's a good-sized ground floor shared kitchen/diner and a ground floor shared shower room/toilet. Free unlimited Super Fast broadband is available. There's gas central heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, etc. There's a small south facing yard at the rear with a shed.
