Shared living space - I like plants

Hi there,

I am Alex, I have recently found myself in a position where I now have a spare en suite bedroom to rent. I am a young (ish) professional who works fairly close to home, I’m very chilled, enjoy loads of things such as sports, the gym, walking, animals and such, I’ve got a drive to succeed in life and explore, but for now I have a lovely room in my lovely flat to share with someone for a short to medium term at least.
The flat has a shared living and dining space, bills are included (saves on faffing), and can obviously pitch in to do a weekly shop or something if it suits either of us. The flat has a lovely view overlooking the Manchester Shipping Canal, and there’s potential for numbered bay parking to be acquired too - although there may be a small additional cost for this.
Currently I am in the larger of the 2 bedrooms and the ad was initially for the ‘smaller’ room, however I would maybe consider giving up my larger room too (for the right price - as I’m still paying off the bloody bed).
Council tax is band B.
