best suited for a female which would fit in with the female NHS staff employee whose room is next door. My current Lodger Nurse is emigrating to Australia after enjoying 2 years here.

The room is a lovely double with large roomy fitted wardrobes along with a single bed with memory foam mattress, bedside tables, dressing table-desk with drawers, a chair, and a comfy armchair.

The kitchen diner, with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and toastie maker, is available to use. Kitchen storage units will be provided for your dry foodstuffs and you are welcome to use my cutlery, crockery, pots n pans. A freezer compartment can be made available in the garage along with a washing machine and in bad weather, a tumbler dryer.
The bathroom comprises a walk-in shower, sink and a WC. You are also welcome to relax in the large rear garden + patio area. Council Tax, Reasonable Electricity + Heating usage, Water, Sewage, Refuse Disposal, and WiFi are all included.

The Government requires all Landlords to check prospective adult lodgers' personal details under the Right-to-Rent scheme which applies to everyone, regardless of their nationality. Failure to do these checks can lead to a £10K fine and or imprisonment. This is also a no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs property. If you need friends to visit you or stay over then you need to find an HMO or property in which the landlord does not reside.

The property is situated in a lovely part of Tytherington, only 800 metres from the Golf Club & Health Spa. 1.5 miles from the railway station and within easy access of the Hospital at 1.6 miles (2575 metres) a 35 minute walk or £6- in a taxi.. and the railway station at 1.5 miles. Astra Zenica i.4 miles. Only 7 miles to Alderley Edge and 17 miles to Manchester Royal Infirmary and 14 miles to Wythenshawe Hospital.. Birmingham is 1 hour and London 2 hours by Train..
