I have a single room to rent.

The price is £50 per week.

All bills; Water, gas, electric and Virgin fibre 300Mbps internet are included.

The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached in a quiet area, with front and back gardens. The house is located 300 meters from Aldi, Gregg's, Costa coffee and the nearest pub, and around 400 meters from the University of Chester Winwick Road campus. There is also a 24/7 gym around 400 meters away (PureGym) and very close to M62 and M6 motorways.

Smokers welcome, however only allowed to smoke outside the house.

You will be sharing with myself and a one other person who occupies the other bedroom. We are both easy going and friendly people.

The room to let has a 32 inch smart television and lots of storage space. The occupant will also have the use of a shared printer, PS4 and electric treadmill if required.

Free of charge on street parking is available, and communal areas include Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, front and back garden with seating area and Summer House.
