Ideally located in the WA1 postcode, close to Central Station and motorway networks M6, M56 and M62. There is a bus stop at the top of the road. The property is facing St. Elphins Park and Church on a quiet Cul de sac. Private parking or personal permit to park in front of the house. Sainsburys store is a few minutes walk or the Town Center is a 10 minute walk.

My house is a beautiful period 5 bedroom detached property. There is only my husband and myself with one other tenant (28 yrs. old). We are both in our 50's and retired. I would describe us as a very happy and friendly couple. Our other tenant is very friendly also and has been with us for awhile. I do not want more than two tenants total, so this room is for one person only. We require that you are in full time employment and no housing benefit.

The room comprises of a king size bed with shower, computer desk, large wardrobe space and drawers. All council tax, gas, electric and water bills inclusive along with free WiFi. There is a bathroom next to you with toilet, bath and larger shower and a additional toilet downstairs. The kitchen is large and spacious with all amenities at your disposal. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a back door to a beautiful charming garden.

Required is a £300 bond plus 1 weeks rent which is £100 per week. We also require references from your employer.

If you do not like Dog's, this room is not for you because we have two adorable Doodle Dog's :-)
