Double room to rent in Warrington

Hi,
I have a double room to rent. Furnished with double bed. Available now. Short term only to the end of August 2025.

The room is on the top floor with a bathroom, this will for your sole use, with the exception of when I want a bath or have guests stay. There is a shared kitchen/living room which has access to Netflix and Amazon prime. There is a small garden and a vegetable patch, so hopefully if I’ve done it right there may be some food from it! Off street parking and use of a garage if you have anything that needs storing. Bills are included in the rent and I make sure there are enough cleaning supplies and toilet roll! So no figuring out who needs to buy it or who owes money.

I’m Sarah, 34 and a live in landlord. I work as a Learning Disability Nurse in the NHS with some mornings or afternoons working from home. I have a 2 year old cocker spaniel called Daisy, so the person will need to be good with dogs. I like to go on adventurous dog walks, swimming/gym, play netball and “sing” in a choir. I’m not in a rush to fill the room, I want to find a house mate on short term or Monday to Friday basis, who I get along well with, who is open to joining for the occasional dog walk, or watching something together on the tv.

I am looking for someone who is friendly and who cleans up after themselves. Cleaning wise we take it in turns to hover, so you only need to do it once every other weeks and keep on top of the bathroom.
