Looking for a short term flat mate (with possibility to extend!)
Spare room in a 2 bed flat close to Warrington town centre and Warrington Central station (10 minute walk).
Room is currently unfurnished but I can organise getting a double bed for the room if you don't have your own furniture. You will also have your own bathroom which has a bath/shower. The flat comes with a parking space also, that you're free to use as I don't drive.
About me: I'm a quiet, respectful person. I like a chat, but understand the need for privacy and space. I work full time in the office so I'm mainly at the flat evenings and weekends. I go to the gym frequently, have lots of creative hobbies and I like to be out and about at the weekend going to exhibitions or seeing friends. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and reliable ☺️
