The houses are registered with Warrington BC and comply with multiple occupancy legal standards (fire doors/ smoke alarms/ quick release room locks etc).
The house has front and rear landscaped gardens which are maintained by gardeners.

Satellite TV: We pay for the main TV licence however we do not object to tenants having satellite TV installed and sharing the cost between each other. We do not get involved in the cost or installation. The main TV is digital and will work with free view box. WiFi included in the cost.

On private housing estate just off Bewsey Road, follow the signs for the Persimmon Homes Regency Park development. This will be a large development of executive houses which will eventually consist of parkland, ponds and landscaped open community areas. Warrington Bank Quay station runs the Virgin train service which will take you into London Euston in a little under 2 hours
