The mainline and local trains to Manchester or London are 15 minutes away and trains run every 20 minutes. Both Manchester and Liverpool airports are also within 30 mins drive.

Commutes to: Radbrook Hall Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Park, Central Manchester, Liverpool, Widnes and Crewe are all 25 - 35 mins drive.

Nearest business parks: Birchwood - 6 minutes; Bridgewater Place, Newton Le Willows, Gt Sankey and Langley Green - 15 mins; Daresbury - 22 mins.

The area is excellent for walking or cycling. The two village gastro pubs are well known for their food. There's a thriving shopping area with many independent shops and restaurants in the next village just over a mile away. Two supermarkets, a gym, post office, doctor's surgery, dentist and pharmacies, a petrol station, golf and horse riding clubs, make living here easy so you have the benefit of country living without the inconvenience.

This comfortable southwest-facing cottage includes a living room over 18' long and an excellent sized double bedroom. The following common areas would be shared with the owner: sitting room, dining kitchen with south-facing windows, and a log burner. There's a utility room and the available double bedroom is at the far end of the property, next to the main bathroom which is available for sole use. The house is cleaned on a weekly basis and your proportion of the weekly cleaning cost is included in the rent. Off-street parking for one extra car is at the front of the property.

This house lends itself to a comfortable weekday let and is suitable for someone working in the area who travels home or abroad regularly. The Mon - Fri rate is £550/calendar month. A reference is requested and proof of main residence and ID such as, signed passport copy are now legal requirements when letting to lodgers. Rent would be payable monthly in advance and one calendar month's notice is part of our agreement. A month's security deposit is also requested, in case of property loss or damage. This is repayable at the end of the term should nothing be damaged, lost and the rent is paid up to date.
