Double furnished room with own bathroom to rent. Sharing with one other clean and tidy professional female. I like going to gigs, watching too much Netflix, reading, art and baking. I respect other people’s need for space and quiet, but also sociable.

The house has 3 double bedrooms with one of the bedrooms being a spare for guests. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor and an additional downstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and an extra fridge.
There are separate living and dinning rooms, with a working log burner in the living room. Garden at rear of house and driveway at front for parking.

The location is nice and quiet and handy for Northwich and commuting to surrounding areas. The local bus stop, shops, petrol station, pubs, restaurants and GP surgery are all within walking distance.

Ideally looking for a mature, quiet and tidy person who is considerate of others. Unfortunately if you’re a shift or night worker, the room will probably not be suitable for you.
Working professional only. No children, couples or pets.

Rent includes all bills. Deposit, proof of employment and refs required.
