Double Room in Cottage

Simple Room in cottage, close to A49 and J10 on M56, in the heart of Weaverham, 2 min to shops and take-aways, regular bus service to Northwich.
Shared bathroom and shower room, some low ceilings and narrow stairs therefore not suitable for anyone with mobility problems (over 6 foot you have to duck occasionally)

The room is under the roof and the bathroom and shower room are one or two flights of stairs down, some of which are narrow.

I would welcome short term let and even only part of the week. I have had lodgers over the past few years on and off, am partially retired so will also be spending a lot of time at home.
Because of what I do ideally a valid DBS certificate and/or cross references with employer and who you are will be necessary. .
Housemate needs to be clean and tidy and be respectful for personal space and property. This is usually a quiet house especially night times. Would also suit someone working in the area for a time.

Most of all we need to get on with each other and be at ease. So would welcome an informal talk/visit first.
