Double room in spacious house

I am looking for a housemate for my recently purchased 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Weaverham. The room is a double room, and can be either furnished or unfurnished as the tenant requires.

The downstairs consists of a spacious living room, a huge conservatory, a separate dining room, and a kitchen which contains a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and an American style fridge freezer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 doubles, and a bathroom.

Outside, there are 2 gardens, one to the front of the property and one to the rear. There is a garage and parking on the driveway suitable for multiple cars.

For entertainment, I have Sky (including Sports) and Prime Video.

Weaverham shops are just a short walk away and include a Tesco, Coop and multiple take aways.
