Hello potential housemates!

Essentially what I am advertising here is a house share and not a just a room. I am not interested in farming out all the rooms so there will be only two people in the entire house (you and I). You will have a dedicated bedroom, with en-suite, and separate office (3m x 3m), but the rest of the house will be available to you as if it were your own!. Please read the full description below!!

Double room and office to rent in a large (2500ft²) executive house located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quiet village of Weston (CW2). 7 minutes from Crewe Train Station, 7 minutes from J16 M6. Plentiful off road parking, fields and not over looked surrounding property. Recent extension and fully modern underfloor heated kitchen with latest IoT Neff ovens/fridge/dishwasher. Balcony accompanies the kitchen along with utility room containing washing machine and condenser tumble drier. Orangery with 8 seat dining and lounge with full 5.1 surround, recliners, PS5, and streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) channels. Downstairs is finished off with two offices (one for my use, modern underfloor heated one for you to use that is unfurnished) and a w/c.

There are 4 double rooms upstairs of which I have the use of one. The room advertised has its own recently fitted en-suite. It is situated at the rear of the property and it comes furnished with bed, drawers, and flatscreen TV. There is also a main bathroom should you require it.

All bills are included including Plusnet 80/20Mbps internet, 1Gbps home network, and access to home NAS drive for storage if required. The house is professionally cleaned twice a month.

I’m a 40yr old male home based IT professional consultant working full time, but spending between 80 and 120 days a year away from home around the country/world. I keep active/gym/sports and am a non smoker and a non drinker (Non smoker preferred). I will not be renting the other rooms out so this will be a two person arrangement only. I do have a large dog, but he likes to stay outside and bark at potential intruders (There was no crime in the village from the five years I have been here)! Technically, what I'm offering is a house share and, as such, you'll have as much space as you need and I have no problem in you inviting friends over/using the house to socialise. Obviously we'll be in close proximity so I'll require for you to be a professional trustworthy individual who I can get on with.

This house costs me £2500pcm to run so £625pcm for a half share is pretty good value!
