Large bedroom, own bathroom & private living room

I'm a professional person, working in the media. I have a large double room available for a fellow professional to rent.

My house is in an amazing location, in much sought after SOUTH Wilmslow, within a quiet cul-de-sac avenue.

****Due to the huge cost of energy, I would like to share the gas and electric bill with you on a monthly basis, separate to the monthly rent. I predict it'll cost about £50 to £60 each in summer. Winter is harder to predict, but a ball park figure is £75 each per month.
The rest of the bills are fully inclusive in the rent
I ask for a deposit of 1 month's rent.

What you get for your money...
The bedroom for rent overlooks the large back garden. There are no houses at the back, just trees and an open field. It is very peaceful.
The sun sets there too, so in summer you can enjoy a drink in the garden, while watching the sun go down.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe and two bedside tables, so ample storage. Plus a blackout blind for a restful sleep.

You would have your own PRIVATE BATHROOM, right next to the bedroom. It has an over the bath shower, with a strong flow. It has plenty of storage too.

I have my own ensuite so there's no need to share.

Separate to my main living room, there's a small, private living room, with a sofa and brand new 43 inch LG HD Smart TV. This would be yours as part of the rent.

The large kitchen is shared, but there's 2 fridges and freezers plus lots of cupboard space.
I have a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The house is within walking distance of both Wilmslow town centre and Alderley Edge Village.
From Wilmslow train station you can arrive into Manchester city centre in about 30 mins. From Alderley Edge train station it will you take around 25 mins

My house is near to the beautiful countryside of Cheshire, with walks to Alderley Edge, Wilmslow and Mobberley. You can stop off at one of the many country pubs along the way.
There's a local pub too, it's only 2 minutes walk, if that!

By car you have access to the M60/M56 and Manchester Airport is ONLY 10 MINUTES DRIVE. Great for going on holidays
