Fellow dog lover wanted!

I’m in my mid thirties, I live on my own with my boisterous miniature dachshund, Ernie, and I work full time as a project manager. I walk a lot with Ernie and I love going out for coffee at the weekends or trying new places to eat. I love watching true crime documentaries (I’ve pretty much completed Netflix!), and I will watch most sports on tv too.

Most of my friends live far away so I am looking for someone sociable and happy to chat/hang out/go to the gym in the evenings but someone who won’t be offended if I take myself off to bed at 9pm.

My dog, Ernie, is very loving and is great fun to be around but he is a sensitive dog and can be wary of new people so looking for someone who is confident around dogs, will be patient with him as he gets to know you and will treat him as their own. He lives downstairs so upstairs is a dog-free zone.

I have a large double room available for rent in a spacious, modern house in a quiet location. In addition to a brand new double bed, the room includes a desk & chair, a tv, 6 x under bed draws for storage and a hanging rail for clothes. You would have sole use of the main bathroom and use of the large, open plan kitchen, living, dining, utility area. A parking space on the driveway is also included and I have a garden which you are welcome to use whenever you like also.

All bills are included, including the cost of the cleaner who comes every fortnight.

There is a beautiful park at the end of the road. Wilmslow train station is a 3 minute drive away and Manchester Airport is a 10 minute drive away.
