Bright a cheerful double room in a house in Wilmslow, overlooking the Carrs park. Perfectly situated a short walk from the train station for commuting, with local amenities, restaurants and a great gym all nearby. Beautiful riverside green spaces of the Carrs park and the National Trust Quarry Bank country park right on your doorstep, as well as a private rear parking space.

Sharing with one clean and friendly work from home professional in content creation and e-learning, I am looking for someone who is equally considerate and tidy when it comes to living space. I am open and friendly therefore you are welcome to spend as little or as much time interacting with me as you like - if you like to chat about things or if you prefer to keep your own company both are absolutely fine, although I would like a housemate who knows how to interact with others. I'm working a lot right now and spend my down time doing various sports so it's a pretty quiet routine. As I work from home I'd prefer a housemate who goes out to work but if you work from home a few days a week that's also fine - don't hesitate to get in touch anyway.

The house itself is quite old and basic - I call it minimalist :), but it's clean, comfy, and cheery as it gets lots of sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The location is brilliant especially if you like the outdoors, the summers here are perfect for barbeques on the Carrs and there are the best walking, running and cycling paths for unwinding in nature. Everything you need is supplied - there's also a private parking space to the rear of the property I can provide you with.

I currently have the tenancy until the end of September with the option to continue, so both short stays and anything up to 6 months are welcome.
