NO ENSUITE but full use of all amenities in 3 bedroom detached bungalow with large conservatory. Share all facilities with easy going owners and one small dog. We don't expect you to stay locked away in your room. Large wet room shower and bathroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, large conservatory/music and art room across the whole rear of the bungalow. Large-ish garden with KOI pond, outdoor seating. Full ZZOOMM 1gb fast fibre broadband available throughout the house via mesh. Utility room, use of separate fridge and freezer if required.
Bungalow is in a quiet cul de sac, 3 minute walk to bus stops for through route to Crewe, Leighton Hospital & Northwich with stops in Winsford Town and Winsford Railway Station which is on route for Liverpool, Crewe etc. Trains for Manchester run from Northwich. Bus stops at top end of Road 1 Industrial estate. It is essential that whoever takes the room must be ok with and like dogs as we have one that will want to be your friend. A noisy Westie. Owners are retired and live in the property.
We are ideally situated for staff working at Leighton Hospital - 15 minute drive - or Cheshire police HQ - 10 minute drive. Road 1 industrial estate is a 10 minute drive. Town centre is a 5 minute drive - all on bus routes which obviously take a little longer.
