to the path of Whitegate Way so you can be there
within minutes of leaving the house.
There is safe off-road parking and easy access to
Chester, Crewe, Warrington and Manchester
routes.

The house:
The 4-bedroom house benefits from lots of natural
light and full central heating. It has a spacious kitchen, conservatory and well loved front and back garden inc water feature,
outdoor furniture and visiting bird life.
The bathroom, which may be shared with one
other person, has a bath and shower. Towels are
provided and washed for you.
Use of strong-signal Wifi, smart TV and washing
machine included. And you can have your own
fridge.

The rooms:

Double room

The room is fully furnished with a memory foam
mattress double bed, spacious fitted double
wardrobe, a chest of draws and shelves. All
bedding provided and changed weekly for you.

Single room

The room is fully furnished with a single bed,
spacious and sturdy double wardrobe, two chests
of draws and shelves. All bedding provided and
changed weekly for you.

Sharing the space:
I’m retired though lead an active and healthy
lifestyle getting out into nature often. I have small
friendly dogs and like to maintain the space as
one that’s friendly, homely, nourishing and clean.
This let would suit someone who works full time in a professional blue light position or similar
and is after a relaxed atmosphere they can call
home. Ideally an animal lover and non-smokers
only please. This let comes highly recommended,
references from past tenants are available.
