Double room in peaceful flat

Looking for a flat mate to share my 2 bedroom flat in the village of Alva. Close to the University, Stirling, Alloa and motorways, it's a small village but has pubs, shops and plenty of walking and cycling paths.

The flat is comfortable and well equipped with amazing views over the Ochils and fields. The kitchen has a large double oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Bathroom has a drench shower over large bath. Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer and outside drying space also available.

The living area has a T. V connected to Xbox for netflix etc, a dining table, sofa and armchairs so plenty of space to relax. The 2nd bedroom has the best views in the house, is fully furnished with large built in wardrobes and drawers.

It's a very quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours and locals. There is a large garden belonging to the property, with swing seat and storage for bikes etc. Parking is available on street, although it is the end of a
cul-de-sac so free and always spaces available.

I am a mature student at University and work for an events catering company so am out a lot of the time. I am clean, tidy and quiet and would be looking for the same in a flat mate. I have a 7month old labrador bitch who is very quiet and friendly. She sleeps in my room so would be no hassle to a flatmate.
