Furnished double room available for student short-term let (3 - 6 months). The rent is £275 per month and includes all utilities and broadband. There's also additional storage space if needed and a 3rd bedroom for guests. There's double glazing throughout and an efficient combination-boiler (2 years old) for central heating and the shower.

The ground floor flat is situated at the edge of Tullibody and is only a 10 minute drive or 15 minute cycle to the University of Stirling Campus. Parking is available and free. The flat has a private front and back garden that you'd be free to use.

I bought the flat 6 months ago and have been doing it up - all the rooms are newly decorated and the double room comes with a double bed and new IKEA 3-door wardrobe. My next job is to tackle the gardens, I'm currently installing raised beds in the back garden to grow salad and veg over spring-autumn.

About me:
I used to work on campus doing sustainability projects but I have recently changed roles and now work in Edinburgh. I try to live a more sustainable lifestyle - I follow a vegan diet, made a DIY pallet table for the lounge and reclaimed scaffold board shelving, and cycle and commute by train to work.
